为便于机场道面的实时健康监控,以华中某机场道面为例,建立了机场道面健康监控系统(HMS)。首先,运用VB.NET和ARCGIS开发工具建立了机场道面健康监控系统的基本框架。其次,使用ANSYS有限元软件建立了机场道面三维有限元分析模型,分析了机场道面在动力荷载作用下的FWD力学性能。之后,将FWD理论分析数据和实际测量数据保存于HMS数据库之中。最后,通过HMS内机场道面健康监控模块对理论结果和实际数据作出快速响应,从而保证对机场道面的实时在线监控。基于地理信息系统(GIS)和ANSYS有限元分析系统的机场道面健康监控系统为机场道面的管理者提供可视化和实时的机场道面信息,为机场决策者提供强大的管理决策功能。实际测量系统、理论分析系统和GIS的有机结合,能够极大地提高机场道面监控效率,同时,也为机场道面的安全运行提供了有利的保障。
In order to facilitate airport pavement real-time health monitoring, taking the pavement of an airport in central China for example, the HMS for the airport pavement is established. First, the basic frame of the airport pavement HMS is developed using VB. NET and ARCGIS. Second, 3D finite element analysis model of airport pavement is established by using ANSYS software, and the FWD mechanical property of the airport pavement under dynamic loads is analyzed. Then, the theoretical analytic data and measured data from FWD are saved in the HMS database. Finally, the theoretical analytic data and measured data are quickly responded by using the airport pavement health monitoring module in HMS to ensure the real-time online monitoring of the airport pavement. Based on GIS and ANSYS finite analysis system, the HMS provides visual and real-time airport pavement information for airport pavement managers and powerful management decision-making functions for airport decision makers. The organic combination of the actual measuring system, the theoretical analysis system and the GIS can greatly improve the efficiency of airport pavement monitoring, at the same time, also provide favorable guarantee for the safe operation of airport pavement.
