为了筛选可表达吴茱萸碱或吴茱萸次碱以及结构类似物的内生真菌,采用纯培养技术与菌丝尖端分离技术获得吴茱萸内生真菌23株,对其进行液体发酵培养,对内生真菌发酵液和菌丝体的乙醇提取物进行薄层层析分析,结果表明,23株吴茱萸内生真菌中有5株可产吴茱萸次碱或其结构类似物。
To screen endophytic Fungi that can manufacture evodiamine or rutaecarpine and their structural analogs, 23 endophytic fungi which isolated from Euodia ruticarpa were obtained by using pure cultivation technique and hyphal tip isolation technique, and then they were conducted with liquid fermentation and culture. Using thin-layer chromatography method to analyze the fermentation broth of endophytic fungi and the ethanol extracts from mycelial. The results showed that there five out of 23 endophytic fungi of Euodia ruticarpa can produce rutaecarpine and its structural analogs.
