以同一单株狗蝇蜡梅的中被片、内被片为材料,首次将mRNA差畀显示技术用于蜡梅花被片的研究。建立了蜡梅优化的mRNA差异显示分析体系,并获得了29个阳性片段,为后续的分离克隆蜡梅中被片、内被片颜色差异表达的基因奠定了基础。
In this study, mRNA differential display RT-PCR (DDRT-PCR) was first applied to study the differentially expressed genes from tepals of Chimonanthus praecox. The middle and inner tepals of the plant used in this study showed distinctly different color. Based on screening several key reaction conditions, an optimal reaction system was established and a total of 29 differentially displayed fragments were obtained. Those fragments would be very helpful for further study on cloning the genes which differentially expressed in middle and inner tepals of C. praecox.
