To solve the problem of supplier selection under the operation model of Milk-Run of manufacturing enterprises,the operation processes of Milk-Run of Automobile manufacturing enterprises and the requirements to supplier was studied;Then the index system of evaluation of supplier selection under the operation model of Milk-Run was developed,and the model and method of supplier selection of automobile components which based on interval multi-attribute was presented;Finally,the paper gives an example to demonstrate the feasibility and practicability of the model and method.
