A one-direction fuzzy rough set is proposed, and its general structure and concept are given by the theory of Dubois fuzzy rough set and the concept of the dynamic fuzzy set. Then, the relationships between a one-direction S- fuzzy rough set and fuzzy rough set are analyzed, and properties and its application of one-direction S-fuzzy rough set are presented.
