《2006年海事劳工公约》生效在即,在全面了解船员投诉维权途径现状的基础上,分析船员运用每种途径的效果,找出遇到的困难,研究其原因,提出相应的建议,以利于根据我国国情将《2006年海事劳工公约》的主要内容进行国内立法转化研究,从根本上帮助船舶所有人获得平等的竞争环境、帮助船员获得体面的工作、解决船员所遭遇的实际困难.
2006 Maritime Labour Convention will imminently enter into force. Based on the comprehensive understanding on the status of the approaches to crew complaint and right safeguard,the effect of each approach employed by crew is analyzed,the difficulties met by crew are identified,the reasons are studied,and the corresponding proposals are put forward in order to get a better domestic legislation translation of 2006 Maritime Labour Convention based on China's national conditions. It helps shipowners to get an equal competitive environment fundamentally and the crew to get a decent job,and solve the practical difficulties encountered by crew.
