目的探测1800MHz电磁波照射大鼠后对其外周血细胞DNA的损伤效应.方法72只Wistar大鼠随机分为4组(2个实验组和各自的对照组).实验组大鼠在功率密度分别为0.5mW/cm^2(实验Ⅰ组)和1.0mW/cm:(实验Ⅱ组)的1800MHz连续电磁场条件下照射,对照组进行虚拟暴露,每天12h,连续21d后,用单细胞凝胶电泳试验检测大鼠外周血细胞DNA的损伤情况.结果照射后,两个实验组大鼠外周血细胞拖尾面积均高于对照组(P〈0.05).结论大鼠经模拟手机辐射强度1800MHz辐射后,大鼠外周血细胞DNA有一定的损伤.
Objective To study the DNA damages in Peripheral Blood Cells (PBC) of rats induced by 1 800 MHz electromagnetic irradiation. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups, 2 experiments and 2 controls. The experimental rats were exposed to the 1 800 MHz (Continuous wave, CW) electromagnetic fields for 21days (12h/d) , the power density were 0.5 mW/em2 and 1.0 roW/era2. Meanwhile, sham-controls were carried out respectively. The DNA damage was examined by Comet assay. Results The tail area in Peripheral Blood Cells (PBC) of rats in the experiments group was higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Exposed to 1 800MHz electromagnetic irradiation may induce DNA damages in Peripheral Blood Cells of rats.
