企业自身知识资源的有限性和市场机遇的时效性使高技术企业越来越多地采用虚拟企业来弥补自身的知识缺口,高技术虚拟企业(HTVE)应运而生。以组织间学习为主要协作手段的HTVE管理的重点是知识管理,由此,分析了HTVE全生命周期的知识活动,针对其知识管理的需求,提出了社会、文化、技术的三维知识管理体系框架。
Faced with rapidly changing technical and market environment,knowledge is becoming the important resource for enterprise to response to market opportunities and acquire competitive advantage.High-tech enterprises resolve the problem of knowledge insufficiency by forming up high-tech virtual enterprise(HTVE).The paper argues that trans-organizational learning is the main collaborative measure for HTVE and the knowledge management is the keystone.According to the requirement of knowledge management,the systematic framework of knowledge management is put forward from the perspectives of society,culture,and information technology in this paper.
