对冷轧超深冲板进行热轧温度控制的工艺试验研究,以期提高其深冲性能。试验结果表明:终轧温度越高,热轧态组织越细小均匀,热轧态织构越混乱,冷轧成品的有利织构{111}显著增强。随着卷取温度降低,渗碳体级别与AlN的析出均得到很好的控制。同时,采用润滑轧制可消除生产现场因设备原因导致的终轧温度偏低产生的混晶现象。工业性试生产表明,采用改进后的工艺,可获得深冲性能优良的冷轧超深冲板。
Control of hot-rolling temperature was researched to enhance deep drawing property of cold rolled sheet, experimental results showed that hot-rolling grain became fine, the texture turned disarranged and the cold rolled texture { 111} enhanced as the finishing temperature increased, while cementite class and precipitation of AIN turned ideal as the coiling temperature decreased. Moreover, lubricating rolling can avoid mischcrystal brought by lower finishing temperature, which is caused by production facility. Prototype manufacture proved that adopting improved process can obtain excellent deep drawing sheet.
