消费者对旧家电的处理态度直接关系到相关企业进行旧家电回收的积极性,为了提高消费者参与家电回收的意愿,有必要探寻影响消费者参与回收意愿的主要因素。该文基于经济学效用论、消费者行为学等相关理论,将旧家电回收看作“消费行为”的末端环节,梳理了消费者剩余、收入、信息与消费者参与回收的意愿之间的理论联系,并建立关系推演模型。为便于计量,文章以电脑为例,基于500份问卷调查统计数据运用计量软件分析,最终得到消费者剩余、信息、收入均对消费者参与回收有着显著正向影响。
Consumers' attitude to recycling outdated household appliances very much influences the appliances manufacturers' initiative in the recycling, thus it's essential to encourage consumers' willingness in recycling outdated appliances. Aiming at this, the main factors affecting the willingness of recycling were investigated. According to the utility theory and consumer behavior theory, recycling outdated appliances can be regarded as an end in the consuming link as a whole, and the dada such as consumer surplus, consumers' income level and appliances cost were included into the main factors that influenced the consumers' recycfing willingness. Furthermore, questionnaire was designed according to the above analysis, and 500 questionnaires were sent to relevant consumers, and computer was used with multiple-linear regression model in dada analysis. Based on the detailed analysis and deduction, it was proved that consumer surplus, income level of consumers as well as information were the main factors affecting the consumers' willingness in recycling outdated appliances.
