研究了三种插筋形式下的聚苯板保温复合墙板的抗弯性能及热工性能;分析得出了三种插筋形式的试件在受弯承载力和刚度方面均能满足正常使用的要求,垂直插筋形式的试件受力性能更好,承载力和刚度更高,结构形式更稳定,能够有效地约束混凝土的变形。通过热工性能分析,垂直插筋形式的试件节能效果好,穿孔率比其他两种形式要小,可进一步通过减少插筋量来提高热工性能。
The bending property and thermal performance of polystyrene insulation composite wall board is studied through three steel inserting forms, the requirements for bending capacity and stiffness of specimens with three kinds of inserting form can be satisfied. Mechanical properties of specimen with vertical inserting form is better, which have higher capacity and stiffness and more stable structure form, deformation of concrete can be effectively restrained. Through the analysis of thermal performance, the specimen with vertical inserting form has good energy saving effect, perforation rate is smaller than the other two forms, which can improve thermal performance by reducing the number of inserted bars.
