针对新型的纵向轴流联合收割机,研究了其关键部件脱粒装置的工作过程,根据工作过程的分析,从整体的、概率的角度建立了脱粒装置的数学模型,并在计算机上进行了模拟仿真和性能参数的预测.通过仿真分析表明此模型真实地反映了脱粒装置的工作过程,验证了脱粒装置的脱净率和分离率与滚筒长度成指数函数的关系,在滚筒长度达到1.8m时脱粒装置的脱分率最高,较好地满足了技术要求.
The combine harvester of axial unit with axial feeding is a late-model machine. The working process of the threshing unit has been studied. The mathematical model of threshing of axial unit with axial feeding is estabhshed based on the probability theory, and simulated on the computer. The result of simulation shows that the model reflects the performance of the threshing unit. The threshing rate and separation rate are exponential functions, and both satisfied the technology request when the length of concave reached 1.8 m. The model can predict the performance parameters accurately.
