应用二元属性数据和数量数据对二仙岩泥炭藓沼泽草甸交错带植被的口多样性进行了初步研究,在5个样地的25个样方内共记录25种高等植物.二元属性测度的β多样性与数量数据测度的β多样性所得结果相似:沿二仙岩草甸向泥炭藓沼泽内部逐渐过渡时,β多样性呈现递减的趋势,物种替代的速率逐渐减小,群落逐渐趋于稳定.该结果反映了泥炭藓沼泽由外部草甸向沼泽内部延伸植物群落所受人为活动的影响逐渐减小.
Based on the data collected from 25 plots of 5 quadrats, the β diversity of sphagnum mire-meadow communities at ecotone in Erxianyan in Western Hubei province , were measured by both binary and numerical data using several methods . No matter using the binary data method or the numerical method β diversity were measured, the result show that. β diversity of community decrease from the meadow to the sphagnum mire; Species replacement rate of community decrease and community become steady gradually. The result means that the disturbance to plant community by human decrease from the meadow to the sphagnum mire. The studies are significant to protect sulbalpine sphagnum mire in subtropical regions.
