基于Hertz弹性接触理论、滚动轴承动力学和L-P寿命理论,建立角接触球轴承的动力学方程,采用Newton-Raphson迭代法进行求解.分析预紧力对角接触球轴承疲劳寿命的影响,结果表明:当外界条件一定时,定压预紧轴承疲劳寿命明显比定位预紧轴承疲劳寿命长,轴承内圈疲劳寿命比外圈疲劳寿命长;轴承疲劳寿命随着预紧力、转速的提高而减小,在定压预紧下轴承的疲劳寿命受预紧力的影响较大.
Based on Hertz elastic contact theory,dynamics of rolling bearing and L-P life theory,the dynamic equations of ball bearing with angular contact were established and then solved by using NewtonRaphson iteration method.The effect of preload force on fatigue life of angular contact ball bearing was analyzed.The analysis result showed that when the external condition is constant,the fatigue life of pressure-preload bearing would obviously be longer than that of position-preload bearings and the fatigue life of inner collar would be longer than that of outer collar.The fatigue life of bearing would decrease with the increase of preload and rotational speed.Under the condition of constant pressure-preload,the bearing life would greatly be influenced by the preload force.
