采用流延法制备CBS/Al2O3复相陶瓷。运用FTIR、XRD、SEM和EDS等分析测试手段研究了Al2O3添加量对CBS/Al2O3复相陶瓷微观结构和介电性能的影响。结果表明:随着α-Al2O3添加量的增加,钙长石相的形成抑制了石英相和硅灰石相的生长,试样的烧结温度和致密度明显提高,烧结温度范围扩大。但Al2O3添加量大于48%时,玻璃液相不足以充分润湿陶瓷相,导致体系致密度下降。Al2O3添加量为48%的复相陶瓷850℃烧结,密度ρ=3.11 g·cm-3,10 MHz频率下,介电常数εr=7.95,介电损耗tanδ=1.1×10^-3,能够与金浆低温共烧。
CaO-B2O3-SiO2 glass-Al2O3 composites were prepared by tape casting. The effects of Al2O3 content on the microstructure and dielectric properties of the composites were studied by using FTIR、XRD、SEM and EDS. The results indicate that the forming of anorthite inhibits the growth of quartz and wollastonite phase with the increasing of the addition of Al2O3, sintered temperature and density of the samples increase obviously, and the range of sintered temperature is enlarged. While, the content of Al2O3 is 48% above, the bulk density decreases due to less glass liquid. When the content is 48%, the bulk density of the composites sintered at 850 ℃ is 3.11 g·cm-3, εr=7.95, tanδ=1.1×10^-3 at 10 MHz. They can low temperature co-fired with gold paste.
