利用二次量子化方法研究了由相同面心立方结构(100)材料构成的铁磁性双层薄膜,重点讨论了铁磁性界面交换作用(JAB0)和反铁磁性界面交换作用(JAB0)对体系二维布里渊区能带结构的影响.结果表明,当界面交换作用大于体交换作用时,在体模上方出现光学型界面模;当界面交换作用小于体交换作用时,在体模下方出现声学型界面模.特别的是,当铁磁性界面交换作用大小在零与体交换作用之间时,在面心立方结构中同样能出现声学型界面模,这与简立方结构有明显区别.并且讨论了不同界面交换作用时宇称对界面模的影响.
Ferromagnetic bilayers with face-centered cubic(100) are studied by using a second quantization approach.Particularly the influence of ferromagnetic interface exchange interaction and anti-ferromagnetic interface exchange interaction on the band structure of 2D Brillouin zone is discussed.It is shown that,there will be the optical interface modes,when the interface exchange interaction is greater than the body exchange interaction;on the other hand there will be the acoustical interface modes,when the interface exchange interaction is smaller than the body exchange interaction.Especially when ferromagnetic interface exchange interaction is between zero and the body exchange interaction,there will be also the acoustical interface modes.Whereas this case does not appear in simple cubic structure.Furthermore the influence of parity on the interface modes is discussed for various interface exchange interaction.
