对于Aharonov-Bohm环上包含一个量子点的系统,同时考虑了量子点中电声相互作用和电子间的库仑相互作用,研究它们对Fano共振隧穿输运特性的影响.采用非平衡格林函数的方法获得计算电流的表达式,发现当电声相互作用大于库仑作用时,由于干涉效应会出现负微分电导的特性.
In this paper,we study the transport characteristics of AB interferometer considering both the electron-phonon interaction and the electronic Coulomb interaction in the quantum dot which is embedded in one of arms of AB ring. Using the method of the non-equilibrium Green function, we obtained the expression of the currents,and find the properties that the negative differential conductance will be found when the e-ph interaction have more effect than the Coulomb interaction.
