Yu Huanan, is a currently Ph.D. candidate of Jilin University, majoring in Circuits and Systems. She received the B.E. and M. E., degree in conarmnication engineering from Jilin University,China, in 2004 and 2007 respectively. Since 2007, she has been employed by the school of inforrmtion engineering of the Northeast Dianli University.
