目前普遍采用化学法制备铁氧体磁性纳米颗粒,具体有溶胶~凝胶法、化学共沉淀法等,而由于生物合成的磁性纳米颗粒表现出更优良的性质,因此生物方法将受到更多的关注。特别介绍了生物合成铁氧体磁性纳米颗粒的研究进展及相关原理,包括生物合成磁性纳米颗粒的可能性、生物基础、生物合成机制、生物有机大分子的调控作用以及生物矿化原理等方面。
Recently, the ferrite magnetic nanomaterial is usually prepared by chemical methods, such as sol-gel method, chemical coprecipitation method. However, the preparation of ferrite magnetic nanomaterial by biosynthesis has much more advantages so that it will be much concerned. The biosynthetic magnetic nanopaticles have revealed fine features in bio-compatibility and dispersity. Recent developments and related theories of biosynthetic magnetic nanopatieles are introduced in particular. It is reviewed in aspects of possibility of biosynthesizing magnetic nanopati- cles, biosynthesis mechanisms, control of biomacromolecules, and theory of biomineralisation.
