为了研究燃料堆积状态对其阴燃过程的影响,在阴燃炉(52 cm×40 cm×55 cm)中对堆积密度分别为40,50,60 kg/m^3的3种燃料(玉米秸、麦秸和草)进行阴燃试验研究。结果表明:当堆积密度为40 kg/m^3时,3种燃料在干燥阶段的失重速率明显大于堆积密度为50,60 kg/m^3的燃料,此时玉米秸、麦秸和草平均失重速率分别为0.125,0.06,0.0465 kg/min。当堆积密度为50,60 kg/m^3时,麦秸、玉米秸、草在阴燃初始阶段(即干燥和热解阶段)的失重速率差别不明显。
In order to investigate the influence of bulk condition on smoldering velocity. Smoldering experiments on corn stalk, wheat straw and grass at different bulk densities of 40,50,60 kg/m^3 have been carried out in the smoldering furnace (52 cm×40 cm×55 cm). Result showed that: When the bulk density is 40 kg/m^3, the average mass loss rate of corn stalk ,wheat straw and grass is 0.125, 0.06, 0.046 5 kg/min respectively at the initial stage,which is remarkably larger than those of 50,60 kg/m^3. While the mass loss rate difference is indistinctive at the bulk density of 50, 60 kg/m^3 for corn stalk, wheat straw and grass at the initial stage.
