领导力开发项目不断涌现,但是针对领导力开发评估的学术文献却不多见。本文介绍了领导力开发的总结性评估方法和形成性评估方法,并总结出一个综合性评估框架,提出了评估中应注意的问题。
While leadership development programs have grown to meet the increased demand, little guidance exists on how to evaluate the leadership development practice. This paper introduces two approaches of leadership development: summative evaluations and formative evaluations. The paper also presents an integrated framework of evaluations, and pointed out some issues that should be paid attention.
