城市轨道列车在高架桥上运行时会受到强侧风的影响,危及列车的安全运行.结合北京地铁13号线、昌平线等线路的实际情况,针对强侧向风下列车的安全运行问题,采用SIMPACK软件建立单车三维动力学仿真模型.以高速列车在侧向风下的空气动力学模拟计算得到的风载荷数据为基础,推导出列车在低速行驶的风荷载,分析强侧风对列车在高架线路曲线段上动力学性能的影响.结果表明,在强侧风影响下,列车的轮轨动力参数考察指标(如轮轨横向力、脱轨系数及减载率)均显著增大.最后提出在强侧风影响下,列车在不同曲线半径下安全运行的最高车速参考值.
Urban rail trains can be endangered by strong crosswinds.To solve of the problem of safe operation under strong crosswinds,SIMPACK software is used to establish a three-dimension dynamic simulation model of the train running on the viaduct in Beijing Metro Line 13 and Changping Line.Using the aerodynamic simulation data of the high-speed train under crosswinds load,the paper deduced the train wind loads at low speeds,and analyzed dynamics performance of the trains on viaduct curve segments under strong crosswinds.The results showed that the parameters of wheel-rail such as wheel rail lateral force,derailment coefficient,and rate of wheel load reduction increased obviously under the influence of strong crosswinds.Finally,the paper put forward the maximum reference value of train speeds for different radius curves for safe operation under strong crosswinds.
