磁转矩是磁性联轴器的重要性能指标之一,通常采用经验设计,误差较大,造成磁材料浪费。对磁性联轴器进行简化,采用ANSYS软件,在二维平面内对磁性联轴器进行了数值模拟,得到磁场分布图和磁转矩值。计算出不同转角状态下的磁转矩值;分别研究了在不同气隙厚度、内外轭铁厚度、内外永磁体厚度、磁极材料、磁极数目状态下的转矩值;并以所用磁性材料最小为目标函数进行了优化设计。磁性联轴器的数值分析和优化设计有重要的工程应用价值。
The torque is one of the most important indices for magnetic coupling. The empirical design method brought on the big errors and wasted magnetic material. The simplified magnetic coupling was simulated on the two-dimensional plane by the ANSYS software. The magnetic force line distribution and the torque values under different magnetic relative rotation angles were gained. The torque values of the magnetic coupling with different air gaps,thickness of yoke irons,thickness of permanent magnets,magnetic materials and numbers of magnetic poles were respectively studied. The optimization design of the magnetic coupling was made with the minimum volume of magnetic material as the objective function. Numerical analysis and optimization design of the magnetic coupling have benefit to practical application.
