合成了结晶度较高的小粒晶β沸石,TEM表征结果表明,其粒径分布在210~300nm之间。以该小粒晶β沸石为催化剂,对苯甲醚和乙酸酐酰化反应进行了研究。结果表明,反应温度和压力对催化剂的活性和稳定性都有很大影响。随着温度的升高,催化剂活性增加,但稳定性降低;随着压力的升高,催化剂的活性有一极大值。小品粒β沸石与商业β沸石催化性能的对比研究发现,小品粒β沸石具有较高的催化活性,这可能是由于其粒径较小,反应物更容易接近其活性位的缘故。
β zeolites of small particle size in the range of 210-300 nm were synthesized. The catalytic performance of the β zeolite for the acetylation of anisole and acetic anhydride was investigated in a fixed-bed reactor. The results indicated that both temperature and pressure have significant effects on the conversion of acetic anhydride and the stability of catalyst. High activity was obtained with β zeolite of small particle size compared with that of a commercial β zeolite, which may be contributed to that the small crystal favors the access of reactants to the active sites.
