本文对1995~2013年中国30个省市、自治区的碳生产率、人均能源消费与人均GDP进行单位根检验,并对30个省市、自治区的平稳面板数据进行Grange因果关系检验,研究结果表明:碳生产率与能源消费之间为双向Granger因果关系,能源消费与经济增长为双向Granger因果关系,经济增长是碳生产率的单向Granger原因。当每多消费一单位的能源,对非资源型省份碳生产率的负向影响将比资源型省份大,即非资源型省份碳生产率下降的水平比资源型省份下降的要多,同时非资源型省份经济增长带来的碳生产率水平上升幅度要大于资源型省份。
This paper makes Unit Root test and Flat panel ganger causality test for carbon productivity, per capita energy consumption and GDP per capita of China 30 provinces and autonomous regions from 1995 to 2013. The results indicate: there is bidirectional Granger causality between carbon productivity and energy consumption same as energy consumption and economic growth; economic growth is a one- way Granger cause of carbon productivity. When every extra consumption per unit of energy, the negative influence to the carbon productivity of resource- based provinces will be larger than the resource - based provinces, namely the resource - based provinces carbon productivity levels fall more than resource- based provinces. Economic growth at the same time the resource- based provinces of carbon productivity levels rise than resource- based provinces.
