通过末端淬火试验,结合金相显微镜、透射电子显微镜和差示扫描量热法,研究了Cu含量(0—2.0%)对A1-9.0Zn-1.5Mg—xCu合金淬火敏感性的影响。研究结果表明,随着Cu含量的增加,合金的淬火敏感性增大,cu含量由1.5%增加到2.0%时,合金的淬透层深度由大约80mm降低到40mm。随着Cu含量的增加,其第二相析出的峰值温度、起始温度以及终止温度均提高了,同时析出温度范围也变宽了。
Influence of Cu(0-2.0% ) content on quenching sensitivity of A1-9.0Zn-1.5Mg-xCu alloys was investigated by an end-quenching test method, optical microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. The results show that the quenching sensitivity increases with increase of Cu content; When Cu content increases from 1.5% to 2.0% , the hardened depth of the alloy reduces from about 80 mm to 40 mm. With increase of Cu content, the peak temperatures, the starting and the end of the second phases precipitation are all raised, and the precipitation temperature range is also extended.
