目的:探讨5-HT1A受体基因(5-HTR1A)-1019C/G、5-HT1B受体基因(5-HTR1B)-681G/C、5-HT6受体基因(5-HTR6)-267C/T的多态性与海洛因依赖易感性的关系。方法獉獉:用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术,检测70例海洛因依赖者(轻度依赖者、重度依赖者)和108例健康对照者的3个基因位点的基因型。结果獉獉:海洛因轻度依赖组和重度依赖组、依赖组和对照组之间3个位点的基因型和等位基因频率均无显著性差异。结论獉獉:没有证据表明5-HTR1A-1019C/G、5-HTR1B-681G/C和5-HTR6-267C/T的多态性与海洛因依赖易感性有关。
Objective:To investigate the association between the polymorphism of 5 - HTR1A - 1019C/G,5 - HTR1B - 681 G/C, 5 - HTR6 - 267C/T and the susceptibility of heroin dependence. Met..h~_.ds...:The 3 SNPs of 70 heroin addicts( heroin mild addicts and severe addicts)and 108 healthy controls were genotyped by polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphisms ( PCR -RFLP). Results:No significant statistical differences in genotype and allele frequence of 5 -HTR1A - 1019C/G, 5 - HTR1B - 681G/C and 5 - HTR6 - 267C/T had been found between heroin mild dependence group, severe dependence group and control group. Conclusion:There was no evidence to show that 5 - HTR1A - 1019C/G,5 - HTR1B - 681G/C and 5 - HTR6 - 267C/T polymorphism may have association with the susceptibility of heroin dependence.
