文章通过液相法制备了新型环保防锈颜料聚合磷酸铝铁,并进行了红外吸收及XRD物相表征。测试表明:与纯三聚磷酸铝比较,产物傅里叶红外吸收峰位向低波数方向移动,X射线衍射峰向小角度方向偏移,由此可判断Fe3+已进入了Al PO骨架结构,形成了磷酸铝铁复合物,其在金属防锈领域将会有较大的应用。
Liquid phase method was used to study the preparation processes of Al(1-x)Fe x H2P3O10, and was confirmed by FTIR and XRD. The test results show that comparing to the pure Al H2P3O10, the FTIR absorption peak of our obtained product shifted to a lower wavenumber, and the XRD peaks of the product shifted to a lower degree. These results indicate that the Fe3+ have entered the lattice of the Al PO, forming the Al(1-x)Fe x H2P3O10, which probably can be applied for the anticorrosive pigment of metals.
