目的观察奥美拉唑肠溶片对5-氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）化疗的结肠癌患者胃肠道反应的预防作用研究。方法2009年6月-2011年12月杭州市第一人民医院收治60例结肠癌患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与实验组，两组患者均经5-FU化疗，对照组在化疗的第1天即给予阿扎司琼、地塞米松；实验组在对照组治疗方案的基础上加用奥美拉唑肠溶片。比较两组对急慢性呕吐、恶心预防的总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果实验组对急性恶心、呕吐的预防有效率均为93.3％，对照组对急性恶心、呕吐的预防有效率分别为86．7％和90．0％，两组比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；实验组在第2、3、4、5天对预防慢性恶心的总有效率分别为86．7％、83．3％、90．0％、93.3％，均高于同期对照组的7313％、70．O％、7313％、73．3％（P〈0．05）；实验组在第2、3、4、5天对预防对呕吐的总有效率分别为93．3％、86．7％、96．7％、100．0％，均高于同期对照组的80．0％、76．7％、83.3％、83.3％（P〈0．05）；实验组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为13.3％、16．7％，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论质子泵抑制剂奥美拉唑肠溶片连用止呕剂可预防经5-FU化疗结肠癌患者的急慢性呕吐、恶心等胃肠道反应。

Objective To observe the preventive effect of Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets in colon cancer patients with gastrointestinal reactions who underwent chemotherapy by 5-Fluorouracil （5-FU）. Methods 60 cases of colon can- cer patients admitted to Hangzhou First People＇s Hospital from June 2009 to December 2011 were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the method of random number table, patients in both groups were given 5-FU chemotherapy, the control group was given Azasetron and Dexamethasone during the first day of chemotherapy. Experimental group was added with Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets on the basis of the treatment program of the control group. The total efficacy of acute and chronic vomiting, nausea prevention and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results Prevention efficiency of acute nausea, vomiting was 93.3% and 93.3% in the experimental group, while the control group was 86.7% and 90.0% respectively. Prevention efficiency of chronic nausea in the experimental group was 86.7%, 83.3%, 90.0%, 93.3%, which was higher than the same period in the control group of 73.3%, 70,0%, 73.3%, 73.3% （P 〈 0.05）. Prevention efficiency of vomiting in the experimental group was 93.3%, 86.7%, 96.7%, 100.0%, which was higher than the same period in the control group of 80.0%, 76.7%, 83.3%, 83.3% （P 〈 0,05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group and the control group were 13.3%, 16.7%, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Proton pump in- hibitor of Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets used in conjunction with antiemetic can prevent acute and chronic vom- iting, nausea in patients with colon cancer by 5-FU chemotherapy.
