采用纸片法研究了桦褐孔菌的水、甲醇、丙酮、氯仿、石油醚提取物对大肠杆菌ERcat、EnR£、ATCC25923和金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC25923、O41ermc的抑制作用。结果表明:桦褐孔菌各提取物对大肠杆菌ERcat、ATCC25923和金黄色葡萄球菌O41ermc均有不同程度的抑制作用。其中甲醇提取物在10mg·mL-1浓度下对大肠杆菌ERcat的抑菌效果最好,抑制率高达84.1%;石油醚提取物对除大肠杆菌EnR£以外的其它供试菌株均表现出显著的抑菌活性。另外,浓度为10mg·mL-1的丙酮提取物对大肠杆菌EnR£的生长有一定的抑制作用;浓度2.5mg·mL-1的甲醇提取物和浓度10mg·mL-1的石油醚提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC25923的抑菌作用较为明显。
