In this paper, the co-convolution is defined in Hom（ M, C）, where M is a right A - modu- le, A is an algebra and C is a coalgebra and the maximal right R＇ -comodule in Hom（M, C） is also con- structed （where R＇ is the maximal coalgebra in Horn（M, C）. In the end, the R＇ -comodule constructed by co-convolution and right R＇- module constructed by convolution become together a Hopf - module.
