Most common and efficient method to reduce myocardial infarct size,restore ventricular systolic function,reduce motality and morbility of heart failure（HF）,is myocardial ischemia-reperfusion therapy.However,this method can also lead to intramyocardial hemorrhage（IMH）,which can result in myocytes injury,arrhythmia,and increase incidence of HF,major adverse cardiac events and death.Clinical value of cardiovascular MR（CMR）in diagnosis of IMH were reviewed in this article.
