在北方寒冷地区,由于受到冻融循环作用,特别是除冰盐作用,混凝土结构将受到严重损伤,其使用年限也大为减少,造成不容忽视的经济损失。为了建立有效的冻融试验模拟方法,首先介绍了冻融及盐冻的破坏特征、破坏机理;然后,对现有抗冻性试验方法进行了分析;最后,从各试验方法和评价参数的比较、自然冻融循环次数计算以及室内外冻融循环差异等内容对混凝土抗冻相似性研究做了概述和评价。分析表明,目前已有的试验方法仅局限于研究混凝土材料的抗冻性能,尚不能模拟混凝土的冻融劣化过程,有必要研究新的冻融试验模拟方法。
In cold climate, structures of concrete exposed to deicer may be suffered severe damage and significant reduction of service life, which will cause a huge loss. In order to set up an effective testing method, the deterioration characteristics and mechanism by freeze-thaw cycles and deicer are presented firstly, and then the main testing methods are discussed. A review of similarity research results is presented, including the comparison of test methods and assessment parameters, the calculation of freeze-thaw cycles, and the difference of freeze-thaw between laboatory and field environment. It is shown that the new testing method needs to be developed to simulate the deterioration process of concrete exposed to freeze-thaw and deicer environment, because the existing test methods can only be used to study the frost resistance performance of concrete materials now.
