由于煤炭、石油和天然气等碳密集型化石能源的日益减少,电力供需矛盾凸显,各国开始探寻解决方法,其中方法之一就是提高新能源在能源结构中的比例。风力发电是当前可再生能源中仅次于水力发电的技术,是最成熟、最具规模开发的发电方式之一。而海上风电又是风电行业中的新兴方向,本文概述了目前海上风能资源评估的教学情况,从海上风能资源评估的复杂性和学科交叉性入手。阐述了针对这一复杂问题教学过程中的主要内容,以及需要重视的注意点。并从实际教学中出发介绍了一些实用的方法。
Due to the decreasing amount of carbon-intensive fossil fuels such as coal, oil and natural gas, electric power supply problem appears. Countries begin to explore a solution to increase the proportion of renewable energy in the energy structure. Wind energy is the most mature technology in renewable energy, and is one of the largest developments. Offshore wind is an emerging direction in the wind energy industry.
