A mathematical model dealing with a prey - predator system with disease and distribution delay in the prey is considered. Mathematical analysis of the model regarding stability of the positive point has been performed by using average time delay as bifurcation parameter. We show that Hopf bifurcation can occur as the delay time passes some critical value.
