以齿轮为研究对象,分析其齿廓特点,实现了齿轮模型的完全参数化。综合运用编程法和电子表格法建库的优点,建立了一个简单的齿轮零件库,极大地方便了齿轮零件的调用,提高了设计效率。通过对设计参数的读取,完成了齿轮模型的参数驱动。建立了齿轮库系统,其能快速、敏捷化设计齿轮零件。
Taking the gear as the research object,its profile characteristics was analyzed and the gear model parameterization was completely realized.Comprahensively using the advantages of the programming method and the electronic form method,the simple gear parts base was built.It is greatly convenient for calling the gear parts,and it also improved the design efficiency.The parameter-drive of the gear model was completed by reading the design parameters.This gear-base system could quickly and agilely design gear parts.
