英文摘要：
By using the NCEP/NCAR global reanalysis monthly mean data at 500 hPa level every June, July, and August from 1958 to 1997 ,with the one point correlation method, calculations are made for the teleconnection relationship between the northeast cold vortex and the subtropical high, the Okhotsk high. The results show that in summer the northeast cold vortex is closely related to the Okhotsk high, it strengthens while the Okhotsk high is strengthening; the Okhotsk high is closely related to the subtropical high, there exists teleconnection between the northeast cold vortex and the subtropical high, but the significance is not very good enough.
