Hustedia orbicostata , Pygmochonetes sp. ,Crurithyris sp. 和Martiniasp.。
This paper describes a unique brachiopod fauna from the upper part of the Talung Formation at the Duanshan Section, southern Guizhou, southwest China. This fauna includes: Paracrurithyris pigmaea , Attenuatella mengi , Neochonetes ( Huangichonetes) substropkomenoides, Spinomargini f era kueichowensis , Anidanthus mucronata , ? Hustedia orbicostata , P ygmochonetes sp. , Crurith yris sp. and Martinia sp.. Based on an analysis of the taxonomic composition of the brachiopod fauna, and a comparison with other contemporaneous brachiopod faunas, this brachiopod fauna is characterized by deep water elements mixed with shallow-water elements, and by warm-water elements mixed with cool-water elements. The occurrence of the deep- and shallow-water mixed fauna was contributed by the unique paleogeographi- cal location of the Duanshan Section where was in deep-water facies nearby shallow water carbonate facies. The warm- and cool-water mixed fauna indicates ocean current influenced biota in the late Changhsingian in South China.
