采用阈状分析法分析了新疆MEAM1烟粉虱隐种对噻虫嗪的抗性遗传力,同时测定了抗性种群对吡虫啉和啶虫脒的交互抗性。结果表明,新疆MEAM1烟粉虱隐种汰选20代后,对噻虫嗪的抗性上升5.34倍,在药剂选择压力40%-60%下,抗性现实遗传力为0.1048。交互抗性结果显示,抗性种群对吡虫啉和啶虫脒分别产生了3.70倍和3.43倍的低水平交互抗性。新疆MEAM1烟粉虱隐种对噻虫嗪产生10倍抗性,需要选育26代,表明新疆MEAM1烟粉虱隐种对噻虫嗪产生抗性风险较小,同时对吡虫啉和啶虫脒的交互抗性风险也较低。
The method of threshold trait analysis was used to estimate the heritability of resistance tothiamethoxam in Bemisia tabaci(MEAM1)cryptic species in Xinjiang,and meanwhile the cross-resistance of resistantpopulation to imidacloprid and acetamiprid was detected.Results showed that under the reagent selection pressure 40%-60%,thiamethoxam was developed 5.34-fold higher after 20 generations by uninterrupted selection,the realized heritability was 0.1048.Cross resistance results showed that the resistant population produced 3.70 and 3.43 times low cross resistance to imidacloprid and acetamiprid,respectively.Given that the risk predicting of resistance of MEAM1 to thiamethoxam for field population showed that it would take 26 generations to achieve 10-fold resistance.The results indicated that a low level of resistance risk was detected in MEAM1 cryptic speices tothiamethoxam,as well as low level of cross-resistance to imidacloprid and acetamiprid both in field and laboratory conditions.
