Ning Tang was born in 1983, and received the master's degree in information and communication engineering from Engineering University of Air Force, Shannxi, China, in 2008. Now he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from National University of Defense Technology. He research is focused on ISAR target feature extraction and recognition. E-mail: tangning3891 @sina.com Xunzhang Gao was born in 1972, and received his Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from National University of Defense Technology in 2004. He is an associate professor in National University of De fense Technology at present. His research interests are automatic target recognition and radar signal processing. E-mail: gaoxunzhang@ 126.com Xiang Li was born in 1967, and received his Ph.D. degree in information and communication engineering from National University of Defense Technology in 1998. Now he is a professor and doctor tutor in National University of Defense Technology, meanwhile he is an advanced mem- ber of the Chinese Institute of Electronics.
