以弓形曲梁式梯形结构为研究对象,首次应用单位荷载法推导了梯形结构的大应变传递灵敏度模型,推导过程简单,模型表达式明晰。建立了梯形结构的ANSYS有限元分析模型,模拟计算得到的应变传递灵敏度与推导的理论模型一致。采用光纤光栅作为结构的小应变测量元件,制作了大应变计试样。电动平移台给定待测大应变,光纤光栅监测仪测量光纤光栅的波长信号,实验结果显示:试样实际传感结果与理论分析结果相符,试样在实验中获得的正向应变范围为0~33.3%,负向应变范围为0~-16%,其线性度在1%以内,重复性和迟滞误差分别为1%和0.9%。
Aiming at the 'flexible beam' type,'unit load method' was firstly employed to deduce the large strain transfer model of the trapezoidal frame.The model expression was clear and understandable.The finite element model of the trapezoidal frame was established in ANSYS,and the simulation results are in accordance with the deduced transfer model.A large strain sensor specimen based on the trapezoidal frame with a mounted fiber Bragg grating was home made.In experiments,the specimen's large strain was supplied by the motorized translation stage,and the fiber Bragg grating's wavelengths were interrogated by the manual optical inspector(MOI) instrument.The experimental results show an agreement with the theoretical analysis.And the spiecimen has a strain measuring range of-16%~33.3%,with the linearity less than 1%,the repeatability less than 1% and the hysterisis error less than 0.9%.
