This paper mainly discusses how to simulate crystal structure model with the integration of JAVA and VRML. Setting about integration mechanism and the implementation method of JAVA and VRML, we place emphasis on the transport process of crystal structure data between the VRML scene and JAVA, and demonstrate the feasibility and advantages of this technique by modeling the crystal structure example of forsterite( Mg2SiO4 ).
