概述了热等静压态粉末冶金高温合金中原始颗粒边界(PPB)的形成机理及其对合金组织与性能的影响,以及影响PPB形成的因素和消除PPB的措施。指出PPB的存在不利于合金组织的控制,而且使合金的塑性降低,性能不稳定。通过调整合金成分、选择合适的粉末制备和处理工艺以及改进成形工艺等措施可以消除PPB。高温固溶处理可以溶解PPB析出物,但冷却速度不合适时PPB会再次析出。
The mechanism of prior particle boundary(PPB)precipitation and its effects on microstructures and mechanical properties in hot isostatically pressed(HIP)P/M superalloys are reviewed in this paper.Meanwhile,the factors contributing to PPB formation and the measures on minimizing PPB precipitation have been analyzed.It is pointed out that the ductility would be lower and the mechanical properties are scattered due to the presence of oxycarbides along PPBs.PPB can be avoided or reduced through measures like modifying the chemistry of the alloys,ophimizing the processes of powder production and powder treatments as well as HIP parameters.Carbides can be dissolved by high temperature solution treatments,but they can reprecipitate at the PPBs if the alloy slowly cools through the MC carbide precipitation range.
