RNA干扰(RNAinterference,RNAi)是由双链RNA(double stranded RNA,dsRNA)分子介导的序列特异性转录后基因沉默(post-transcriptional gene silencing,PTGS)过程。RNAi最主要的功能是它可以调节和关闭基因的表达进而调控细胞的各种高级生命活动,利用RNAi技术可以探索肿瘤的病理机制,为肿瘤的治疗提供一条新的有效途径。本文就RNAi技术及其在肿瘤研究中的应用作一综述。
RNA interference(RNAi) is the sequence- specific post- transcriptional gene silencing (PTGS) process mediated by double - stranded RNA(dsRNA) molecules. RNAi's most important feature is that itcan regulate gene expression and then regulate cell's various advanced life activities. RNAi technology can be used to explore the pathological mechanism for the neoplasm, and provide a radical new and effective way to cure neoplasm. This article eill review the RNAi technology and the applications in tumor.
