RNA interference（RNAi） is the sequence- specific post- transcriptional gene silencing （PTGS） process mediated by double - stranded RNA（dsRNA） molecules. RNAi＇s most important feature is that itcan regulate gene expression and then regulate cell＇s various advanced life activities. RNAi technology can be used to explore the pathological mechanism for the neoplasm, and provide a radical new and effective way to cure neoplasm. This article eill review the RNAi technology and the applications in tumor.
