以锯末为生物模板剂,合成了SD-TiO2光催化剂,采用SEM、XRD、UV-vis DRS及光催化降解亚甲基兰实验对SD-TiO2样品的形貌、晶相结构、吸光性能及光催化性能进行了表征。结果表明,合成的SD-TiO2样品呈蜂窝状。当热处理温度为700℃时,得到的样品中除锐钛矿相TiO2外,含杂质H2Ti3O11·H2O;当热处理温度为时,得到的SD-TiO2样品中TiO2呈锐钛矿和金红石混相。以汞灯为光源,当光照180 min时,SD-TiO2样品对初始浓度为10 mg/L的亚甲基兰降解率可达80%左右,与在相同条件下未使用锯末模板剂时合成的TiO2样品相比,SD-TiO2样品的光催化性能更优越。
SD-TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared via wood sawdust template method. The surface morphology, phase crystallinity, photo-absorbance and photocatalytic performance of synthesized samples were characterized by SEM, XRD, UV-vis DRS and photocatalytic degradation of MB. The results indicated that photocatalysts had honeycomb-like structure with uniform size. The XRD patterns indicated that, when calcinated at 700 ℃, the obtained SD-TiO2 samples were consisted of anatase and rutile phase. Photocatalytic experimental results indicated that SD-TiO2 samples showed the highest photocatalytic degradation activity for MB degradation and ca. 80 % MB could be degraded within 180 min under Hg lamp irradiation.
