为实现海底锰合理开发利用,文中采用三相氧化新方法从锰结核中提取锰,采用歧化和热分解对锰进行深度转化,实现了锰产品系列化、高值化,并为锰结核开发提供了新思路。初步实验研究表明:在适宜条件下,海底锰结核中的锰可以被有效提取与转化,该新工艺在技术上是切实可行的。
To realize the reasonable exploitation and utilization of manganese nodules, the new method of threephase oxidation was utilized to leach manganese from manganese nodules, and disproportionation and thermaldecomposition were used to carry out the further conversion of manganese, which achieve the serialization and high value of manganese, and provide a new way of thinking for the exploitation of manganese nodules. Preliminary experimental investigation indicates that under proper conditions the manganese in seabed manganese nodules can be effectively leached and converted, and the new process is feasible technically.
