选择粉末注射成形制备的Ti-12Mo合金为主要研究对象,与粉末冶金冷压烧结制备的纯Ti和TC4合金,以及在口腔材料应用最广的铸造TC4钛合金作对照,研究分析钛及其合金的耐磨性能及磨损机理。结果表明,在相同摩擦磨损条件下,Ti-12Mo合金耐磨性要优于冷压烧结制备的纯Ti和TC4合金,与铸造TC4合金相当;Ti-12Mo合金为魏氏体组织,由β相及α相组成,其显微硬度HV为3100 MPa,其摩擦系数基本保持在0.43左右,低于其他3种钛合金;Ti-12Mo合金磨损机制主要为磨粒磨损。
The friction and wear performance of Ti-12 Mo alloy fabricated by powder injection molding(PIM) were investigated. It was compared with that of as-PMed Ti and TC4 alloy and as-cast TC4 alloy, which is the most widely used in the dental materials field. The results show that the Ti-12 Mo alloy exhibits higher wear resistance than the as-PMed Ti and TC4 alloy, and it is close to the as-cast TC4 alloy under the same sliding friction conditions. The Ti-12 Mo alloy shows a typical Widmanstatten structure, consisting of β-Ti and α-Ti phases. The microhardness(HV) of Ti-12 Mo alloy is about 3100 MPa, and the friction coefficient is stabilized at about 0.43, which are lower than those of the other three alloys. The wear mechanisms of Ti-12 Mo alloy(PIM) is dominated by abrasive wear.
