为了保证轴套在承受外压时其内表面位移与应力计算结果的精确性,采用厚壁圆筒理论和有限元分析软件ANSYS,分别对不同外压、内半径、外半径的三组轴套模型进行分析,同时给出了内表面位移和最大应力的计算公式。研究结果表明:位移和应力在轴套内表面处达到最大值;内表面位移和最大应力与外压、内半径成正比,与外半径成反比;两种方法计算结果的相对误差保持在1%之内;采用厚壁圆筒理论计算轴套内表面位移和最大应力所得结果能够满足风电锁紧盘的设计要求。
In order to ensure the calculation precision of bush under external pressure,three group models with different external pressure,internal radius,external radius are analyzed by using thick-cylinder theory and finite element analysis software-ANSYS,and the formulae of inner surface displacement and the greatest stress intensity are given.The calculation results of two methods are almost equal with relative error less than 1%,and the displacement and stress intensity achieve maximum value in the internal surface.The inner surface displacement and the greatest stress intensity are positively propositional to external pressure and internal radius while contrary to external radius.All the above conclusions show that the calculation results of the inner surface displacement and the greatest stress intensity by using thick-cylinder theory attain the requirements of design.
