研究6种不同浓度的6-BA培养基和2种不同的培养条件对铁皮石斛愈伤组织诱导的影响.结果表明:诱导愈伤组织时,培养基以0.5 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.2 mg/L NAA+ 2.5 mg/L 2,4-D+100.0 g/L马铃薯泥+2.0g/L活性碳10.0 g/L琼脂的效果最好,在暗培养15 d后光培养的条件下诱导愈伤组织效果最好.
The effect of 6 different concentrations of 6-BA culture media and 2 different incubating conditions on callus induction of Dendrobium candidum was conducted. The result indicated that the optimal inducing medium was 1/2 MS + 0.5 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA + 2.5 mg/L 2,4-D + 20.0 g/L sucrose + 200.0 g/L potatoes mud + 2.0 g/L active carbon + 10.0 g/L agar. The best incubation condition was keeping 15 days in dark and then incubating under light.
