为了探讨抗蚜品种利用与天敌保护相结合的有效途径,选取河南省当前种植的50个小麦品种为试验材料,在洛阳农林科学院试验田,观察了不同小麦品种上麦长管蚜及其寄生蜂的发生消长动态.结果表明,麦长管蚜发生高峰集中在05-10至05-16左右,寄生蜂对麦蚜的控制作用随着时间的推移逐渐增强,但寄生率与品种抗蚜性没有明显关系.抗性鉴定结果表明,不同小麦品种对麦长管蚜的抗性有明显差异,其中高抗(HR)小麦品种5个,占10%;中抗(MR)品种15个,占30%,可供抗蚜育种和抗性品种利用参考.
In order to study the unitization of resistant varieties combined with protection of natural enemies, the population dynamics of Macrosiphum avenae (Fabricius) and parasitic wasp on 50 wheat species on Luoyan academy of agricultural sciences were investigated. Results showed that the maxi- mum occurrence was on May 10th to 16th, and the natural parasitic rate was time-dependent. 50 wheat germplasm varieties showed significant difference of resistance to M. avenae, among which 5 wheat varieties(10% ) were highly resistant to M. avenae and 15 varieties (30%) were middle resistant. Alto- gether all results provide a foundation for using parasitic wasp and wheat breeding to control M. avenae .
